Blobby Volley is one of the most popular freeware games. This is caused first by the simple play principle and second by the funny design of the player. The short duration of a game is a reason for playing this game in meantime.
Since the first release in November 2000 the developers worked hard: New features, supporting different languages and much more was implemented until version 1.8 by the developers Daniel Skoraszewsky and Silvio Mummert. This should be the last version at the moment ...
But now many developers from germany come together with the help of the Blobby League to realize one thing: BLOBBY VOLLEY 2, the official contuniation of the lovely game. But this ain't be enough: besides improvements of the gameplay and a complete translation of the source code into C++ and SDL/OpenGL many wishes of the blobby players will be flow in the development. The result is a game having the charm of Blobby Volley 1.8 combined with many innovations and corrections.
