Slackware current in Slax repository now
I've developed an automatic system which adds all Slackware-current packages to the module repository, including all the descriptions. These modules will be updated with every new Slax release. You can see all the modules here: http://www.slax.org/modules.php?author=1
These modules are not visible in any categories, you can find them only by search. They are also linked as the primary dependency for other modules (if the dependency is needed, and if the dependency is outside Slax base packages).
Furthermore, I would like to cleanup the user-contributed modules, so i will send emails (during this week) to all people who uploaded some modules in the past, everybody will have to update all his/her work. All modules not updated within 14 days will be deleted permanently (to cleanup the modules section). Let me know please if you have any suggestion regarding this. Please send comments to Slax forum instead of this blog, thank you.

User comments

Well, now I have updated the modules in question, I now kindly ask you (users out there, Tomas included) to evaluate the modules, if the modules do not work as they should, then they should be deleted. Thank you for your consideration(s) :)

Tomas,
I have sent email and posted on forum to kindly ask you to remove some modules that I have which exist in Slackware current. That way, you will have more space and clean up the user contributed modules.
Thank you,
Antonio
